Paetyn's preschool

I cant believe summer is over already, and not only has school started but it has been in for 5 weeks.

We decided to do a co op preschool again this year since it worked really well last year for us. Paetyn had saved her money to spend when we went out of town over the summer, this skirt is one of the things she spent hr money on. The night before school I made the mistake of letting Paetyn stay up late(chris was out of town on business) by the time I was getting her to bed I remembered we needed to get her outfit out. She insisted she needed to were her red cowgirl boots with her outfit. I tried to explain to her they didn't match and maybe she should wear flip flops. She went on and on about how "the boys" would say Paetyn you don't look cute since your not wearing your boots.(thank heavens she's not the only girl this year) She even did a song and dance trying to connivence me(if I ever figure out how to work this thing I'll upload it) I told her,"to just sleep on it and see what she thought in the morning." I painted her finger nails and toe nails and she suddenly decided she wanted to wear her flip flops because "the boys" would say," Paetyn you look so pretty with your nails painted." I dont know what to do with this child but we sure love her.  

Jaden Turns 2

 

      I know I say this every time one of my kids has a birthday, but I cant believe my baby is 2! Jaden Loved all the attention he got on his Birthday! We Just did a couple of Little things we thought he'd like; the park, the pool, And the usual cake and Ice cream. He still talks as little as possible (guess its his way of controlling things) But he Is the Cutest, Sweetest (when he wants to be), Craziest, Wild  Two year old there is! We love this little guy and are Happy he is ours!

In January we were able to sell our Duplex, this was a HUGE relief and such a blessing

                                        This Happened Easter Sunday during nursery although this pic does not do the real thing Justice. We heard a couple different stories but basically Jaden fell and hit his head on one of those little wooden seats and when he stood up blood was gushing out his head. I work in primary and heard some horrible screaming and wondered who that was(it sounded nothing like Jaden.) A few min later I went to ask chris a question (he is usually in the clerks office just down the hall from primary and nursery) I couldn't find chris so I started back for the primary room but decided to peek threw the window at Jaden, I couldn't find him either. One of the teachers opened the door to tell me he fell and some guy took him; I honestly wasn't worried in the least bit he literally is always getting beat up. I walked around looking for him when I ran into another nursery teacher she told me they were in the mens bathroom and kept trying to get me to go in there. I kept thinking I'm not going in the mens bathroom thats weird, clearly I still wasn't worried. Finally I walked in and saw blood all over him his face and 3 grown men! ya, I freaked! Thank goodness for the nurse and PA in our ward who handled it all and took good care of him! we ended up doing super glue that way we could avoid the numbing shot. It has healed super good

                                            We camped up on mt Graham over memorial day It was fun and the kids had a blast getting Dirty

                                            we drove up to the lake on the top of the mt to fish, Paetyn had to ride in the back
